Prices and how to book:

Our 2008/9 summer charge for the villa is £600 per week, reducing to £400 per week from 1st October to 31st March (includes all the citrus fruit in season you can eat!)  This sum includes all utilities, linen, towels and cleaning, and a starter pack of basic groceries (coffee, tea, milk etc).  We don't have a set changeover day, so if you want a long weekend, ten days, three weeks etc, that is fine with us, subject of course to availability.  Extra nights are charged at £85 per night (£60 winter rate).

Convert price to your currency

A 20% deposit secures the accommodation, with the balance paid eight weeks before your holiday.  Bank transfers of deposit and balance are usual (our UK bank details will be provided) and when the deposit (or total amount if within eight weeks of your stay) has been received the accommodation is considered firmly booked.
