Villa Las Palmeras - Your hosts

We are Linda and Nick Christie and we fell in love with Finca Las Palmeras on first sight in January 2000.  The Finca (farm) consists of our main house, guest villa, and 4,600 sq metres of land, one third of which is a citrus orchard.

The villa is around 50 metres from the main house passing down a grapevine covered walkway through the orchard and has its own driveway and gates.  We did all the refurbishment work ourselves.  Nick tiled all the interior floors and exterior walls and seating areas and the sun terrace, and built the beautiful kitchen, whilst Linda was in charge of interior design and all the painting.  We are very proud of the end result and had our first paying guests in summer 2003.  Everyone who has visited has been very pleased with their holiday (see their comments).

Whilst we are available to assist you in any way to ensure your holiday is an excellent one, we aim to be as unobtrusive as you would want us to be.  The swimming pool is outside our villa and is the only shared area but we only go in for the occasional cooling-off dip ourselves.  Nick keeps the pool sparkling and Linda keeps the surrounding areas swept and tidy and provides fresh towels for the pool.
